Hitting you hard, fast, and between the eyes so you can get back to surfing social media and updating your status. In short, this is a write up on several "On Body" IFAKs I've been using as of late and what I've got in 'em. No, I'm not getting into medical skill sets, edj-u-ma-cation or one's willingness to help others. Yes, I'm writing this because I'm not seeing many "on body" med kits at competitions and courses, which also means they probably aren't very prevalent "On Da Streets"...ya feel me?
Key terms to get us started on the right foot or "wrong" foot if we are marching...
How this is going to shake out; I'll introduce and outline a handful of IFAKs for the sole intent of "On Body" carry with details to include The Kit, Brand(s) available, The Why, How to "On Body" carry said kit, Positives, Negatives, and lastly, any other considerations you should, well, consider. I'll also include any pics that may be pertinent and of course some that may not.
On Body IFAK #1: Gloves.
Seriously, at an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM you need to throw a set of gloves next to whatever it is that you never leave home without, then never leave home without 'em...EVER!
Alright, off to update my status. Stay safe, don't forget your gloves and stay tuned for "On Body" IFAKs - Part II.

I haven't gone AWOL from the blog, just haven't posted much of anything here this year...I'll get on that as there are things I would lie to share. My kindest apologies friends!
With that said, while I haven't been doing much here in the blog realm, I have opened an Instagram account and have been posting over there...also tagged the animal known as "book-face". Nothing to crazy with Instagram except that I've jumped into posting videos which I hadn't really done up until now for a variety of reasons. As far as the vids to watch for, I'll have some from courses, competitions, product intros, and whatever else feels right.
At this point in the game I've posted vids from the past two ECQC (Extreme Close Quarters Concepts) courses that I've attended with Craig Douglas as well as some vids from the private competition I hold monthly...along with the vids, I attempt to loosely outline what the hell it is that we are doing or attempting to do.
You can find me at Instagram at "@lhgk_us". Side note, there are several "lhgk" accounts on Instagram...I'm the only "lhgk_us" so be careful as you never know what the hell some fruit cake is going to post on another account.
Check it out and follow along if you have an account...remember, don't leave home without your med gloves stuffed in your pocket!
Stay safe - R
